CrowdSound provides a simple intuitive interface for creating custom color schemes to match your company's branding and website. In just a few short clicks you'll be able to completely change the look of the CrowdSound widget and easily embed it on your page. You can also customize the 'Buckets' that suggestions are categorized into. Don't like the defaults? Change them! If your site does not require a widget, then you can use our hosted site option.

If you would like to use CrowdSound as a standalone tool to gather suggestions from your users, customers or employees, you can leverage the Hosted CrowdSound tool. All CrowdSound accounts have a special hosted site that replicates the functionality of the widget, but can be reached via any browser. Here's our Hosted Site.

On-the-fly Language Switching

CrowdSound allows for integration with your internationalized website. You can pass in parameters to change the language of both the widget and the hosted site. We currently offer more than 10 different languages. You can see an example of this on the homepage.

Organize your users' ideas.

CrowdSound allows you to give your customers categories for suggestions. Is it a bug? A feature request? Get greater specificity and organization by using CrowdSound's tools and management interface. Account-specific issue? CrowdSound allows for suggestions to be marked as 'private', allowing a customer to submit a suggestion that can only be seen by your company, and also allowing you to take offline sensitive suggestions that may otherwise be visible to your competitors. CrowdSound also has a moderated mode, where every suggestion submitted by a widget user is not published on the widget until you review it.
