Privacy Policy
Intridea, Inc ("Intridea") operates several websites including intridea.com and crowdsound. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we collect while operating our websites.
Information gathering and usage
Like most websites, Intridea websites collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Intridea’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Intridea’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Intridea may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
We collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Intridea does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.
We also collect further personally-identifying information for those visitors that register for the crowdsound service. Intridea asks for information such as name, company name, email address, billing address, and credit card information. Free account members are not required to enter a credit card.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service
Cookies
A cookie is a string of information a website stores on a visitor’s computer. The visitor’s browser provides the information to the website each time the visitor returns. Intridea uses cookies to help Intridea identify and track visitors, their usage of Intridea website, and their website access preferences. Intridea visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Intridea’s websites, with the caveat that some features of Intridea’s websites may not function properly without allowing the use of cookies.
Data ownership
Intridea uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run crowdsound. Although Intridea owns the code, databases, and all rights to the crowdsound application, you retain all rights to your data.

- It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

- We transfer information about you if Intridea or crowdsound is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Intridea will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
Although changes to our Privacy Policy are unlikley to be significant, Intridea may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your crowdsound primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
